Cute dress with copper metallic dots and tie tops. Size S unlined. No brand tag

Nice little dress with ties at top of shoulders, copper accents on bodice. Measures 15” under bust, 16” pit to pit. Length is about 36” from top of shoulder. Vintage I believe but brand tag was removed.
