Cute exotic print halter dress

Here is a cute little halter dress. The halter portion has a wooden circle with fabric the goes up to the neck to tie as the halter. The print is somewhat exotic and looks a bit like feathers or tiger stripes. 14” flat across at bust. 27” long. Will hit most people just above the knee. Lightly lined cups. No snaps or zippers – just pull over. Poly/spandex blend. Excellent used condition, no stains, tears, etc. Smoke free home.
