Cute faux suede skirt w/ tie detail up the thighs

This is a cute dark green faux suede, skirt that has ties on both of the thighs that are functional. They can loosen to create a gap or be tightly closed. I would say that although the size says medium I believe it runs a little small. I wear a size 3 jeans also see last pic. This is so cute and only worn the one time.
