Cute fitted flare dress by Pulse size small/juniors

This cute little polka dot dress has non adjustable spaghetti straps. Brand is pulse and is a small juniors. Zipper in back works perfectly zips part way down. Has no lining in chest area but has a sewn in petit coat underneath the bottom part. There are little loops on it for a belt however I don’t have the belt. In EUC. Can be paired with some cute wedges and a little sweater or dress it down with some cute canvas sneakers.
