Cute flow blouse

From Ruthie Grace Boutique. Very roomy but lays nice. So comfortable! The bottom half is shear and looks so cute with a pair of high waisted pants. If you want it to fit tighter than I would say it runs big but I’m usually a small and I like the way the small fits on me! The fabric is also stretchy
