Cute, flowy miniskirt 🌸🌺

Blue with flowers flowy miniskirt. Brand is “I love H81” which is Forever 21. Tag says medium but it runs small so I marked the listing as a small. Waist is about 12’ but stretches to about 17’. It is 16’ long. This skirt is preloved, in good condition. Only noticeable issue is the tag is coming off on one side, as shown in pic. This skirt has beautiful colors and is really cute on!
