Yes it does! I used it as a back pack for only a semester at school, and it worked just fine! And no it doesn't have the strap

Hi on bottom of this.... Is it the material or the brown solid color?
I was told by similar of this by another seller, does this wash? I wouldn't think, just question as another lady had told me.
Are straps leather or other fabric of straps?
