Charlotte Russe dress. Scrunched elastic waist. Open front with black bodysuit. Lined bust area. Two buttons in back of dress at neckline that are not loose. Buttons attach by elastic stretchy loops. Sheer dress other then bust area and bodysuit. Size Large beautiful elegant dress! Flowy flower printed on black background of dress.Like new however the stitches on the left halter came out so had to pin it. If you can sew that would be a plus. Other than that Lovely dress. 😍
