Kids small to medium. 17 inch inseam. On the collar and cuffs. Pom poms. Cute trim on the cuffs as well. Gorgeous condition and elastic is still stretchy. No tears or visible stains. It looks like it hasn’t been worn. Probably from the 60s. Or 70s I have other costumes for clowns available. See listings. Happy to bundle as a family or sibling set
