Cute hooded sweater! Royal blue and green.

So, I have absolutely no idea what brand this is, and I can’t make out the letters in the designers tag. So, if anyone knows this brand please let me know😀 This is a really comfortable Spring / summer sweater. I just don’t like hoods anymore.
