judymarlowe @tomcat99 thank you for your interest! There are identical patches on the other sleeve. The lining is in perfect condition. The material is 100% polyester. I completely understand about the jump from XL to small/medium. I wear medium/large and it was a tad small on me. If you'd like I can put the jacket on and upload a pic on here.
