Cute, light weight, lined summer dress

Can be worn off shoulder or on shoulder, washable, doesn’t wrinkle, worn one time- approx 42 inches from shoulder to floor. Ruffle on bottom. Elastic waist. I’m 5’6 inches and it hits me right above my ankle
