Cute, lightweight jacket

28” long zippered jacket with 2 zippered pockets and ruffle at the bottom with drawstring. Long sleeves have elastic at the wrist. The fabric is 76% polyester and 24% spandex. Tag says dry-clean, but I washed it in cold water on the gentle cycle and hung it to dry. It’s about 23 1/2” armpit to armpit.
