This is a very cute, classy dress. I measured from top to bottom & it's 39.5 inches.
I'm 5'3 And it's way below my knees. I hope this helps.

Is this a crepe like material, any pulls and is it a dark black? Thanks

@lynn2564 hi, this is not a crepe material. The tag says 100%polyester. It is black. Well lined inside. It's just hard to take a pic of a black clothing. 🙁 it doesn't show well with or without the flash. I bought this dress from here but it didn't fit well on me. Never worn.
But it is well made. I already lowered the price few times too.
