Cute mint buttoned skirt SIZE 8

I really like the color of this skirt but it is a bit too big for me. I would suggest it to someone that is size 4. H&M sizing is a little confusing as you can see from the other skirts that I have posted otherwise it is in great condition. Mannequin’s measurements Bust 35 1/2 in Waist 25 in Hips 36 1/2 in
