Cute navy and bright pink summer short!

These shorts are perfect to wear on top of a bathing suit or with a cute shirt during the summer! The shorts have pink fringe for decoration at the bottom and even have an elastic band, meaning they are super stretchy!! The tag doesn’t say where it’s from, but if I recall correctly the shorts were from target a couple of years ago. There is nothing wrong with the shorts. They used to be my sister’s, but she never wore them.
