Cute navy dress w/white polka dots!

This dress is very flattering on! It’s a bit too small for me now. The cut of the top looks almost like a halter but has more coverage. The keyhole front and tie back are super cute! The dress has lots of stretch and the gathered waist(dropped waist)band hides whatever needs to be hidden! HaHa. I wish my bust could still fit in this dress! Time for someone else to enjoy it!!
