Cute navy embroidered sundress/tunic

This dress is very cute! Unfortunately I made the mistake of washing and drying it and it has now shrunken such that it is too short for me. This would work for somebody much shorter than me (I am 5'6"). It would also work for a girl as a dress or simply as a top/tunic. I am calling it S/M
