kbwithheart @mjlove2015 hello, I see you tried to buy something from @jasgold and so did I. I wondered if you have received what you bought yet? or were told it was sent? seems a few people are having trouble getting things sent. did you ever hear what is going on with this gal? kbwithheart @mjlove2015 I wrote to Posh but haven't heard back. Could you tell me how you go about cancelling an order when the person doesn't send it? I would appreciate knowing how to do it. I don't want to make a mistake. I don't see a place to do it and I sure don't want to "accept" the item by mistake. thanks for any help.

mjlove2015 @kbwithheart what you can do is go to the page that says accept and on the bottem I believe it says something like problem/help push that and you cancel from there. Let me know if it worked

kbwithheart @mjlove2015 hello, thank you and yes, I did click on that link and found a place to cancel the order. I was afraid to click on anything and have it accepted. I did that once before before I found out the item I got was a fake... it was a big deal to "undo". but I did get to cancel this. I am sorry she has something going on that is causing this. But perhaps I dodged a bullet if it might not have been genuine, either. thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
