Cute prom dress

Sapphire blue halter top dress. Has a half back with zipper. Satin ties. Silver glitter pattern is on sapphire blue tulling. Comes to about knee length. Very pretty, very formal. Made by Masquerade. Inside halter top is some glue from a piece of satin material I had to cover up the cleavage (my school would not allow it). I do have the material I used to do it with and that is included.
