@mragain It's black and hits about mid thigh but I wear a belt and pull it up if I want it higher. It's cute. The back does not have ruffles.

@mragain OK thanks! I just measured it. 34.5in long. I'm 5'6 and it is an inch above my knee. When I pulled it up it was mid thigh.
