Cute semi formal a-line dress eci NY, sz8

Great little dress for summer event or wedding guest. Black background with floral print. Brand is eci New York in size 8. Length is 39” from top of shoulder to hem. Nice luxurious feeling material, looks like heavy silk, but polyester. Little snaps to hold bra straps in place. Ties in back, zipper on side under arm.
