Cute short Dress- good for winter and summer! Thin material

I bought it and didn’t get to wear it. Gained weight so it doesn’t fit me anymore. It has a little bit of thread missing on the collar. I posted it on the pics. It’ says Medium but it’s more of a small if you’re familiar with Zara sizes.
