Cute small shop tie strap dress - size 3T

First off, it says 3T but my daughter wore this more around 4 and all the way up to 6.5 with leggings and a top underneath for fall. She did not wear it much. Maybe twice a year but it is versatile. It has tie knot straps which is partly why she could wear it for so long. Bought at a Renegade art fair! Still in perfect condition. Plain cotton with a soft but slightly thicker denim like feel.
