super cute blue floral boho summer dress! I bought it on vacation in the Caribbean, and it was the only one in this style and color. It's just too small for me 😞 flattering a-line style, stretchy smocked bodice, knee length, short puffed sleeves, could be worn on or off shoulder. Women's/teens size xs.
