Cute spring dress

Super comfortable! The neckline is the most flattering. Neckline lays softly along your clavicle with top of the sleeve sitting at the edge of your shoulders. The elastic band holds it in place. I’m 5’4” and it’s sits just above the knee. Just a great dress.
