Cute springy polka dot blouse

This is adorable! I love wearing it with jeans, it tucks into skirts well, and it’s very breathable (you’ll want a camisole for this one). It’s 40” wide from sleeve to sleeve, and basically a rectangle with a collar. But it looks ADORABLE on. I added a video so you can see what I mean- it’s breezy and beautiful. 

Claims it’s a medium. The arm holes really are what determine this, and those are about 12” in diameter.
