Black & off white patterned dress/top. If your short this can be worn as a dress or if your taller it can be worn as a top. It's approximately 22 1/2" from top of dress to bottom. Slash pockets on each side. Pleating under chest. Stretchy & smooth feel. 95% polyester & 5% spandex.Tags attached. Never worn.
