Cute striped top from "veronicam" size M

White background with dark blue vertical stripes. Fabric feels like silk/satin. It's great for work with slacks, or tucked into a pencil skirt. The sleeves hit at the elbow, and is a loose fit (but not billowy). Measurements: chest (underarm to underarm) is 19 inches. Total length of the top (measured from the top of scoop neck to the hem is 20 inches. NWOT.
