Cute summer dress 👗

Cute light weight summer dress. Halter top neck style two buttons on the back. Made by eyeshadow, size medium juniors. In great condition is very short. I am 5'4 and it was mid thigh so taller women may need tights or leggings. From shoulder down its 30 inches long.
