Cute summer dress

Worn once! Like new, size M on Juniors. It’s short, has elastic on waist, however fabric does not stretch. It’s like silk material with ruffle detail on the front coming down from the single sleeve (adjustable spaghetti strap on the other side). Blue white. I wore it with wedges and a thin orange belt from express.
