Cute summer dress

Purchased size large and it was too tight. (Mainly over the breast area). Runs small. More like a medium or a large with smaller breasts. Super cute though and wished it fit better at the top. Brand new Color: blue (first picture) Paid $45, asking $25 (don’t want to mess with return and shipping since it is out of country)
