Cute summer dress with ruffled front

The adorable blue slip on dress is fully lined & has a double blue/green ruffle going down the front from the v-neck to the bottom of the double ruffle hi-lo hemline, which is green. The shoulder straps are slightly stretchy so as to be somewhat adjustable. It measures 30" from the v-neck to the shortest part of hemline ruffle in front & 38.5" from the v-back to the lowest point in back. It is in great condition w/one flaw in the bottom green ruffle in front (as seen in 4th pic).
