Cute summer/fall dress, new

Bought this for my rehearsal dinner but it doesn't fit and company doesn't take returns...Brand new never worn, ordered a small but fits more like a medium. Hits at or slightly below the knees for me (5'6"). Built in bra cups. Stitching is shiny thread that catches the light nicely!
