Cute top from Japanese brand INGNI

Brand new with tag. Bought in Japan in 2015 and just never wore it lol. Japanese size M; I think it would fit a S or XS best. I’m 5’4 and 120lbs and it’s just a little short on me. Sleeves are slightly puffy; gemstones and bow are 3D. Back is solid white.
