teraburke @sprklesnsugarx4 So she advertised them as being worn a couple of times....when I got them they were in really bad shape, had lots of scuffs and were really really stretched out. They were clearly worn A LOT!!!! Also the back part with the elastic was ripped in many places, when they are on you can see the white elastic through the rips. I took pics of the damage and posh investigated and refunded my money. Personally they were so beat up I didn't find them wearable but the pics she sent never showed it. Hope this helps.

teraburke @sprklesnsugarx4 Also she sent me additional pics via email none of which disclosed the damaged on the elastic part on the heels of both flats. I felt like she was not honest bc she said they were in really good shape being worn a couple of times but to me they were worn out and ready to be tossed in the garbage!

teraburke @sprklesnsugarx4 Yup I sent them back and she is selling them again but is still not disclosing the damage. I wouldn't buy them for $10 they were very torn up.

teraburke @sprklesnsugarx4 I have other Tory Burch flats that I have worn many many times and they were still in WAY better condition! She clearly wore them everyday for a year or two to get the type if damage they had. Your bad feeling was correct!
