nene36 @sms9889s hello. The pants are not wrap and the tie is more decorative. You can’t make the waist smaller. This does come from a boutique, so they do run a bit smaller. The top however can be untied however you’d like. Please let me know if you ha s any other questions. The set is absolutely adorable.
