Cute vintage Michael Stevens International purse

This cute purse is from one owner, smoke free, pet free home in the USA is vintage, feels like pebbled leather (?) on body of creamy white purse. Leather handles feel and look like leather but bottom of bag is pleather, I think. At any rate, it’s cute and looks like a Downey & Bourke bag. Brass hardware, zipper inside pockets and zipper outside closure. It will hold iPhone and small wallet, keys, lipstick, etc. Rings on end could hold a shoulder strap. Bag has a slight bit of pencil marking on inside bottom lining. Otherwise, it is in good condition. I will try to remove the inside marks on lining.
