Cutest ITALIAN MAXI SUNDRESS NWT ROSELLA Size 12

This is the most adorable dress. Unfortunately I purchased it thinking it was an XL but it was too small for me. It is sizing at a 12 comfortably. But I measured it anyway. Strap to strap, front 9.5” but the straps are a good length to accommodate shoulders. Front armpit to armpit is 17” across. The back armpit to armpit measures the same (17”, total 34”) however it has the stretchy elastic back and gives quite a bit. Waist measurement is 30”. Length from waist to bottom is 38”. It’s brand new and way too cute for no one to wear it. It’s lined so it’s not sheer in all of the right places. It has cups sewn into the top. 65% cotton 35% polyester. I’m sad I didn’t get to wear it! It is really well made. I added a photo of her size chart for her dresses but they are definitely NOT PLUS XL.
