Cutest Party Dress/LBD

I purchased this dress from a boutique on a trip to Charleston. Looks fantastic on, fun and flirty! (Photos do not do it justice!) Bow detail on front waist, which hits above the belly button at the smallest part of the waist. The back is 2 pieces: the top has 4 large buttons and the skirt zips up, which leaves about 4 inches of the back open.
