Cutesy black skirt

This skirt is adorable with scalloped edges and an elastic waistband. It has decorative buttons up the front and it has POCKETS! on the back. It's 87% polyester and 13% polyurethane and has quite a bit of stretch. It's been worn and is in very good condition. The tag is faded but the I believe it says "L" (see pic). The waistband is 28" unstretched.
