Cutey Couture size 4/5 Pineapple Twirl Dress

Beautiful navy, orange and cream 4-tier ruffled twirl dress. 100% cotton; very soft under skirt and gorgeous trim. Boho and classic at the same time. 12” across bust; 25” from shoulder to hem. Almost a maxi on my 4 yo. Perfect for family photos, beach photography or lovely summer / spring / Easter dress. Tried to get a ‘model’ pic but she wouldn’t stop twirling.😆 Smoke free home.
