Cutoff Jean Skirt

MADE IN THE SHADE ankle skirt cut and perfectly worn in. The skirt is a little on the shorter side and unbuttons completely down the front. I am a size 27 and wear a medium. Listed as size 13 but it is more of a 6-8.
