Cutout thread hem dress

This dress is new with tags. It just cannot fit me and I couldn’t bother returning it. I bought a size large but the bottom of the dress doesn’t stretch because of the material so it can fit a size medium. As you can see by the way jayda rock this dress it’s very beautiful.
