Cuuuuuute dress

Please see pictures/Video for details and measurements. I'm not entirely sure the size as there no tag but I'm 5'10, 160 and it fits me well. Waist band stretches quite a bit. I would say s, m, or L could wear this. I don't know what the little loops are for on the neck as there are two small clasp/button things to close at the neck. never worn.
