Cycle House black polyester quarter zip jacket with elastic shirting on sleeves

This is a really awesome black quarter zip lightweight jacket that is made of polyester and spandex. Kind of feels like a nylon. It has a black zipper and pockets at the front. The really cool feature is the sleeve. There’s elastic at the wrist but then there’s also an elastic band that goes down the whole sleeve and creates a gathering or a shirring that adds a really cute look.
