Cycling Jacket - Never Worn. NEW- NO Tags

In my excitement I removed the tags. Later when I tried it on it didn't fit. I ordered this online and was unable to return it. Missed the return window. It says 4XL on the label, but that's not American Sizes. It's more like an XL or an American 16. I needed 4XL / size 26. This was NOT it. It's fully lined in flannel for warmth. I absolutely LOVE the swirly flowers on it. Fully zippered. Three pockets across the back. White with light Blue and Pink. Measurements while laid flat: Armpit to Armpit 22 inches. Shoulder to Bottom front hem 26 inches. Arm Length 21 inches.
