Cyd & Samm Wool Pants Size M Lined High Rise Baggy Tapered Trousers Black Plaid

Made in Italy 85% wool fully lined all the way down leg. Have a high waist pleated front loose wide leg at top tapered bottom. Black with a gray small window pane plaid print. Zip front has pockets and a permanent seam down the front. I think these may be vintage. The size tag says 14 not sure what that means (US or Italian or UK)so please refer to measurements in photos. They look to be about a medium to me so that’s how I listed them.
