Cynthia Cynthia Steffe Black 3/4 Sleeve Scoop Neck

This is a beautiful black blouse by Cynthia Cynthia Steffe! It has a lace-trimmed scoop neck, 3/4 sleeves, and is made in the USA. The fabric info tag has been removed as it was itchy, but it feels like a rayon-polyester blend to me, very similar to DKNY's fabrics. I do feel like it's a bit short unless you are wearing it with high-waisted pants, or prefer to have a crop style. It measures 20" long, 17" across the chest from under the arm, has a 10.5" arm inseam, and a 15" arm outseam.
