lionlove @vickilynn72 No, it is fitted, with darts and a slim side zip. The waist id defined by a thin sheer band of black, the dress itself is a deep grey and the neckline has beautiful ness that I cant describe, really! The material is silk velvet, which means the slippery, soft, thin, drapey kind. It hugs the body in the way that fabric does, not vulgarly.
